La Cascina dei Sapori is home and a place of work, today just like it was used to be.

An environment that perfectly combines refinement and tradition, warmth and elegance, coziness and courtesy. The restaurant itself reflects Antonio and the fusion of his work with his life, as always happens when work is a passion, first of all.
Every year we rotate an exhibition of paintings that is set up by “the Evolutive Age Art Gallery”.

Responsabile Pizzeria & Pasticcere

Arrivato in Cascina dei Sapori giovanissimo, oggi è il responsabile del reparto pizzeria.
Impegno, costanza e passione sono solo alcuni elementi che lo contraddistinguono. Inoltre, con la conoscenza acquisita negli ultimi anni dà il suo prezioso contributo per stilare la carta dei dolci (anch’essa stagionale e in continua evoluzione).

Sommelier e Responsabile di sala

Due lauree e un attestato come sommelier professionista AIS. Antonio ha individuato in lui la persona di riferimento che potesse fare da filtro con gli altri ragazzi di sala. Grandissimo senso di responsabilità e continua ricerca di produttori gli hanno permesso di sviluppare una carta vini, birre e distillati di grande interesse e in costante evoluzione.

INTERNAL ROOMS

The internal rooms have recently been modernized to improve customer comfort. The installation of sound-absorbing panels makes the place pleasant to live in, mild and ideal for evenings with friends.
Intimate dinners for couples, business meetings, up to the celebration of special occasions. The environment of Cascina dei Sapori is designed specifically to satisfy every need and adapt to various circumstances.

THE SOCIAL table

The Social Table is an Antonio’s idea, which came up during a trip to New York City where eating in shared tables normality. This is an informal table with 12 seats, designed by the architect Cristiano Zanoletti, where you can share the experience with other guests.

THE Dehors

The summer area was renovated in 2012 and has been improved in 2018 with a new lighting system that made our terrace an area of total relaxation. 50 seats and maximum 8 people per table to ensure maximum privacy
