The SUNDAY PIZZA is coming! This year will be OPEN ON SUNDAY LUNCH, just for 4 sundays during the year. The first appointment will be oh the 15th of April. RESERVATIONS ARE OPEN!

Identità Golose, the food congress of Milan, is back from the 3rd to the 5th of March. Antonio Pappalardo partecipates also this year. We'll wait for you on SATURDAY 3 from 1 pm at the Molino Quaglia's stand.

Matteo goes to London on the occasion of the National Pizza Day

On the 6th of February we'll be in London for a special evening where Matteo Attianese will be the protagonist, next to his friend and ex-colleague Davide Degiovanni, chef of the Union Street Cafe.

Guests of the Gordon Ramsay's cafe could be taste a 6-course pizza tasting menu on the occasion of the National Pizza Day.

We're 10 years only once!

Have no plans on THURSDAY the 6th of DECEMBER! The third and last evening is coming to celebrate our tenth birthday. This time at Antonio's side there will be none other than his friend and colleague Gennaro Nasti, directly from Paris.

PROFESSIONS - From the 19th of October a new exhibition on the walls of La Cascina

From today, October 19, for one year the walls of La Cascina dei Sapori will be decorated by "PROFESSIONS", an exhibition set up by PInAC in Rezzato.

PInAC (Pinacoteca Internazionale dell’età evolutiva Aldo CIbaldi) is a dynamic international museum that collects, studies and promotes the expressivity of children, with whom La Cascina dei Sapori decided to collaborate exhibiting every year different paintings to enhance PInAC's work and its beautiful projects.

"Professions" testifies human activity in images of gestures, environments and products, played by children from all over the world and all ages.


We'll wait for you to start together the season of roast chestnut, oranges and radicchio!

Astino nel gusto

"Astino nel gusto" is coming: from October 13 to 15, the excellence of Italian dining in East Lombardy, will host in Bergamo, the most famous chefs in Italy on the occasion of the G7 Agriculture Ministerial Meeting..

We'll be there among the partecipants on FRIDAY the 13TH OF OCTOBER!

Ten years of La Cascina dei Sapori - II part

The birthday for the first ten years of La Cascina dei Sapori continues! 
We'll wait for you on Wednesday the 13th of September, when Antonio Pappalardo's creations meet up with Simone Padoan (Pizzeria I Tigli)'s creations in a party where the art of gourmet pizza will be protagonist.

Sandwich Celebration

Thuesday the 22nd of August SANDWICH CELEBRATION comes back, the event organized by I Tigli that honour the king of bread.
Among the proposals that you could taste there will be also antonio's creations.

Antonio's pizzas arrive to Turkey.

In June Antonio has been in Istanbul for a training, introducing his method of pizza making.

From October, the collaboration will be concretized in other master classes.

Antonio goes to Eataly Rome

On Sunday the 25th of June Antonio waits for you with his pizzas at Eataly in Rome. A special evening dedicated to the best italian rising pizza makers.

Pane e sapori in Cattafame

On May 28th "Pane e sapori in Cattafame" comes back and La Cascina participates also this year!
From 17 we look forward to spending an evening together!

TuttoFood Milano

We will be at TuttoFood Milano, the international fair of the B2B dedicated to food & beverage!
On the 8 and the 9 of May Antonio will be at the Molino Quaglia stand with Corrado Scaglione for a demonstration on how to choose among flours ground by stone and by cylinders, according to the type of pizza.

La Cascina dei Sapori will be closed on Easter day. It reopens on Easter monday

The city of pizza opens its doors to the best italian pizza makers

Three days dedicated to pizza are coming in Rome. The public will be able to "enter" into Pizza Maker's houses and eat the best italian pizzas choosing among more then 90 recipes, from the most traditional ones to the most creative.
Among the master pizza makers who participate there is also Antonio Pappalardo, who will be present on April 1.

Wednesday 8 March La Cascina dei Sapori will be exceptionally open on the occasion of Women's Day.

10 years of Cascina

On the 8th of February it will take place the first of three events to celebrate 10 years of Cascina! For the occasion, a special four-handed menu where Antonio Pappalardo's creations will be combined to the gourmet toppings of his friend and chef Mauro Zacchetti, in the last years chef at the restaurant "L'altro" in Hong Kong, and before at the restaurant "Miramonti L'altro" in Concesio.  Poster

From the 26th to the 28th of November took place Gourmarte, an event where excellent eno-gastronomic products are interpreted by hands and creativity of the best chefs of the moment. Our Antonio Pappalardo took part on Saturday the 26th presenting two pizzas. Both of them were "in teglia" pizzas: the first with boiled "cappello del prete", kale and chestnut fondue; the second stuffed with creamed salted codfish, fennel salad, quince and burrata.

From 28th to 30th October, we'll be at the event ChePizza in Milano. 

Our Antonio Pappalardo will bring two tasting pizzas: one with  squid, persimmon, liquorice powder and macadamia nuts crumble, the other is Parmigiana 2.0 with grilled eggplants, burrata from Puglia, confit dates and fresh basil.

Special Opening and Closing

We advise you that La Cascina dei Sapori will be open on: 17 December, 26 December, 31 December, 1 January, 6 January.

It will be close on: 24 and 25 December and from 12 to 15 January 2015.

Special dinner on Wednesday 10 December:
We will reopen with the usual opening hours on Friday 16 January.

Walkabout Pizza

On Wednesday 10 December at 8pm, a special dinner to celebrate Antonio Pappalardo's recent experience in Australia with the famous chef Stefano Mandfredi, and also the occasion to present a new pizza created with Manfredi himself. There will also be a pre-dinner welcome, with gastronomic excellences and live jazz music. After that, the tasting menu with Antonio's pizzas, and a taste of "The Best Christmas Dessert", awarded at the event Panettone Day 2014. Click here for more informations.
